Jim Callis of MLB Pipeline released his latest mock draft this week and offered a look into the Royals' draft strategy, with prep pitcher Noble Meyer, Virginia catcher Kyle Teel, Wake Forest pitcher Rhett Lowder, and high school catcher Blake Mitchell among those on their radar.
