The Royals have signed 27 of their 41 picks from this year's Draft, including six picks from the top 10 rounds.
Kansas City selected 11 players in the first 10 rounds of the Draft -- including two in the first round, at Nos. 21 and 33 overall.
The Royals' top three picks -- right-handers Ashe Russell, Nolan Watson and Joshua Staumont -- remain unsigned.
