A limited number of pieces will be sold with a plastic holder for $40, and pieces without the holder will sell for $30. Both will also contain infield dirt. Fans may purchase up to two pieces at the store at Kauffman Stadium. Orders by phone or email will not be accepted.
The store will be open from 3-7 p.m. CT on Friday. With the limited availability (500 swatches will be made available), fans are encouraged to arrive early and enter at Gate B. If the pieces do not sell out on Friday afternoon, Royals Authentics will reopen at 11 a.
