In the months after he signed with the Chicago Cubs, Ben Zobrist and his wife, Julianna, went house hunting. They needed a place for a growing family — his third child, Blaise Royal, was born in the days after the 2015 World Series. They needed a place that could function as a home base for Julianna’s burgeoning music career. They needed a place that felt like home.
