Omaha lost to New Orleans, 2-0. The Storm Chasers got a leadoff single in the bottom of the ninth, but three straight strikeouts ended the game.
Yordano Ventura made his second rehab start for the Storm Chasers. Though he was a little wild (three walks, a hit batter, and balk), he was solid. Ventura allowed one run on three hits while striking out four. The run scored after he was pulled from the game in the sixth in favor of Brian Broderick.
Andy Ferguson was next and pitched a scoreless seventh, but allowed a run to score on a walk, a single, and two wild pitches.
