Week 24 of the MLB season is in the books, and it was yet another good one for the Kansas City Royals. The team went 5-2 on the week, which has more or less become the norm. That’s not to say it wasn’t interesting, though, for there was still plenty to watch for.
Kris Medlen made his first regular-season start since Sept. 27, 2013 and threw six strong innings He got off to a bit of a shaky start, giving up 2 hits and 2 runs within the first three batters, but from there he totally righted the ship.
