Slowly but surely, we’re fighting our way through spring training, and we’re now just 23 days away from the Kansas City Royals beginning their world championship title defense. Now we’re about to get into the part of spring that actually matters a little bit. I guess maybe not this week, but within the next two weeks, we’ll see pitchers start going five or six innings and some position players will even play full games in the field. It’ll be almost like normal baseball, which is a welcome sight as spring starts to drag on. I’m personally just glad that the Royals have been able to overcome their 0-4 start and get the Cactus League title back in range.
