Feldman, who suffered a torn right medial meniscus in late May, will make his second start since being removed from the DL. He took the loss in his first appearance back, scattering nine hits and four earned runs in 5 2/3 innings against the Rangers.
Duffy is coming off his best start of the season -- against the White Sox on Sunday in a 4-1 win. Because of a spent bullpen from the previous two days, Duffy needed to go deep and he did, going eight-plus innings for his longest start of his career.
