Noah Wilson, whose fight against cancer and devotion to the Royals was chronicled during last year's World Series, passed away on Tuesday at the age of 7.
The Olathe, Kan., native had his last radiation treatment in mid-June and had been considered free of Ewing's sarcoma, a bone cancer. However, his family learned in recent days that he had leukemia.
