ST. JOSEPH, Mo. -- Linebacker Dee Ford has consistently displayed at training camp the quick first step that led the Kansas City Chiefs to draft him in the first round in 2014.
That's all well and good, but what matters most is what Ford does when the regular-season begins. Ford has one big game to show for six late-season starts, including one in the playoffs, from 2015.
He had three sacks and broke up a pass in the end zone on the game's final play to help the Chiefs preserve a December victory over the San Diego Chargers.
