Wide receiver Byron Pringle signs RFA tender to stay with Chiefs

According to a report from ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Byron Pringle has signed his restricted free agent tender — and will therefore remain with the Chiefs in 2021.

Back on March 17, Pringle was extended an original-round restricted free agent contract tender. This meant that Pringle was free to seek a position with another team — but the Chiefs would have the right to match any offer to retain him. Under the terms of this one-year RFA deal he’s signed, he will earn $2.
