One year ago, a major point of conversation about the Kansas City Chiefs offseason was what the team might decide to do with Dontari Poe. One year later, the discussion has now shifted to his replacement, as in what the plans are for the future and Bennie Logan.
Logan was the key defensive addition for the Chiefs last year, a run stopping defensive tackle who had also proven to be more well-rounded as a potential pocket disruptor as well. John Dorsey signed Logan to a one-year deal worth $8 million, the same base amount (sans incentives) that Poe ended up getting from the Atlanta Falcons in free agency.
