The Kansas City Chiefs and Jacksonville Jaguars have both lost a major offensive component in the first quarter of their opening game to start the NFL season. Not long after the Jags saw Nick Foles leave the game due to a shoulder injury, the Chiefs saw star wide receiver Tyreek Hill leave the field with the same injury.
Hill caught a pass from Patrick Mahomes and was tackle by Jalen Ramsey on the sideline on a play in which he went down hard on his shoulder. Hill immediately looked like he was in pain, and he left the field on a cart, although he was sitting shotgun in the cart.
