The Kansas City Chiefs’ organized team activities (OTAs) started this week, two months after the team traded cornerback L’Jarius Sneed to the Tennessee Titans. It’s the first opportunity for the Chiefs’ defense to take the field as a unit without one of its most impactful players from 2023.
However, the team didn’t lose the cornerback that earned first-team All-Pro honors last year. That would be Trent McDuffie, entering his third season as a former first-round pick. He made a name for himself last year, topping it off with a big-time performance in Super Bowl LVIII; he broke up three passes and registered two quarterback hits to help secure the title.
