Travis Kelce's blocking earned him respect in Chiefs' locker room

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce gained the most attention in Sunday night’s win over the Denver Broncos for his 11 catches and 160 receiving yards, including an 80-yard touchdown off a screen pass.

Not that the Chiefs don’t appreciate what Kelce did in the receiving phase of the game, but what really earned him respect in his own locker room were the blocks he threw on two touchdown runs, one by quarterback Alex Smith and the other by wide receiver Tyreek Hill.
