We’re 24 hours away from Black Monday but the leaks have already started coming via NFL rumors on some head coaches who are heading toward the unemployment line. The latest rumor is not good for Todd Bowles with word that his tenure with the New York Jets is nearing its end.
The Jets are reportedly already interested in new head coaching candidates like Mike McCarthy, former head coach of the Green Bay Packers, and Jim Caldwell, formerly of the Detroit Lions, per NFL.com reporter Nick Shook. That means that Bowles is all but officially done after four full seasons with the Jets.
