For over 100 games, Thomas Gafford was known as the long snapper for the Kansas City Chiefs. Ever since he replaced J.P Darche in the middle of the 2008 season through 2014, Gafford was a special teams fixture for the Chiefs. Unfortunately, he’s bounced around from team to team since then, but hopefully he can find a new permanent home with the New Orleans Saints.
The Saints would be the seventh team that Gafford has played for in one way or another, whether that’s a short term spot on the roster or practice squad or the years he’s spent with the Chiefs.
