The Las Vegas Raiders were the last team to vanquish the Kansas City Chiefs.
Last Christmas, the Chiefs’ hated rival walked onto GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium and shocked the defending (and soon-to-be repeat) Super Bowl champions with a 20-14 defeat, in which Las Vegas scored defensive touchdowns on consecutive offensive plays.
“They came in and got after us,” head coach Andy Reid admitted to reporters on Wednesday. “That’s their personality — and we didn’t handle that the right way. But I thought we learned from it and got better for it — which was the important thing after something like that.
