I'm not sure why, but this offseason already seems unending.
It's strange because every other aspect of life seems to be speeding up at an alarming rate. My oldest son is acting like a teenager, my daughter turned two a couple of weeks back (I'm very, very, very not OK with that development. I like her just fine as a baby, thanks), I blinked and went from student to practicing law person, we're looking at a house to buy ... life is just blowing past me.
The offseason, though? DRAGGING. Absolutely dragging.
I'm not sure if it's the anticipation of seeing that defense take another step forward (could be scary), the hopes that the offense will be better than "meh" (we'll see), or just missing the game itself.
