Last season, the Kansas City Chiefs had one of the NFL’s most impactful cornerback duos: L’Jarius Sneed and Trent McDuffie. They were a big part of the reason Kansas City finished the season ranked second in both points and yards allowed — and won its second straight Super Bowl.
This season, the defense will try to repeat 2023’s elite production without Sneed, who was traded to the Tennessee Titans in March. This leaves McDuffie to head a position group for which there are a lot of questions after the All-Pro’s departure.
