After being spurned twice, Terrell Owens’ Hall of Fame wait is over.
The Pro Football Hall of Fame announced Saturday that Owens and fellow star wideout Randy Moss were both part of the eight-member class elected to the hall by 46 selectors during an eight-hour meeting earlier in the day.
Owens, who is second all-time in receiving yards and third all-time in receiving touchdowns, finally made it in his third straight year as a finalist and third year of eligibility.
Owens is joined by Moss and linebackers Ray Lewis and Brian Urlacher, who all made it in their first year of eligibility.
