General manager John Dorsey has said more than once since the end of last season that the Kansas City Chiefs would not trade running back Jamaal Charles.
But is that the right path for the Chiefs to take with Charles, who will turn 30 in December and is coming off a torn ACL that ended his 2015 season after just five games? It might be, given that Charles is a special talent, far more gifted than Spencer Ware or Charcandrick West. Assuming he returns as the same player he was before his most recent injury, Charles gives the Chiefs an elite talent at his position, something they also have in Jeremy Maclin at wide receiver and Travis Kelce at tight end.
