Every season brings about another player or two who wants to use Tyreek Hill‘s supremacy as the NFL’s fastest player to leverage attention to himself. Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Scotty Miller is the latest player to issue a proclamation that he is the NFL’s fastest player and would get the best of Hill in a race.
