Per NFL reporter Terez Paylor, the Kansas City Chiefs have made another roster addition on Friday with the announced signing of veteran tight end Ricky Seals-Jones to a one-year deal.
Seals-Jones entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent out of Texas A&M with the Arizona Cardinals in 2017. He saw immediate playing time in the desert with 10 games played during his rookie year, in which he caught 12 catches on 28 targets for 201 receiving yards and 3 touchdowns.
The next season in Arizona, Seals-Jones caught 34 passes on 69 targets as a much more sought out target for the quarterback mess in Arizona for 343 yards and 1 touchdown.
