The Kansas City Chiefs are beginning Phase 3 of their offseason program on Monday, kicking off a month of 10 voluntary practices and three mandatory minicamp practices, which will all take place at the team training facility at the Truman Sports Complex campus.
Among those players participating will be second-year wide receiver Rashee Rice, according to ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter.
