Report: Chiefs bring back Bailey Zappe to round out quarterback room

A day after agreeing to a one-year deal with Gardner Minshew, the Kansas City Chiefs have brought back quarterback Bailey Zappe. NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reported that Zappe’s contract is also for one year.

Zappe, 25, entered the league as a fourth-round pick out of Western Kentucky by the New England Patriots in the 2022 NFL Draft.
