The Kansas City Chiefs’ first Super Bowl championship parade in 50 seasons concluded at Union Station with several speeches to a crowd that was estimated to have nearly 1 million people in attendance.
After talks from Missouri governor Mike Parsons, mayor Quinton Lucas, team owner Clark Hunt and president Mark Donovan, general manager Brett Veach was kind enough to say what we all were thinking.
“Let’s keep this short and sweet because let’s be real, we all came out here to hear Travis Kelce’s speech, right?” said Veach to thunderous applause.
