As the Kansas City Chiefs kicked off Phase One of their offseason program on Monday, head coach Andy Reid and the quarterback answered questions from the media via Zoom.
Among the topics was new wide receiver Marquise “Hollywood” Brown, who joined the team in free agency last month. His new quarterback likes what he has seen so far from the 25th overall selection of the 2019 NFL Draft.
“With Hollywood,” Mahomes observed, “obviously, you see the speed instantly. What I’ve liked so far is how hard he works. He’s been running good in the workouts with the route running.
