NFL.com: Adrian Peterson above Eric Berry for Comeback Player

Sometimes, you just have to laugh. This is not one of those cases. Over at NFL.com on Wednesday, Chris Wesseling wrote a piece about the top 10 candidates for the National Football League’s Comeback Player of the Year award.

Wesseling power ranks the men 1-10, with Carson Palmer of the Arizona Cardinals coming in the top spot. Then, somehow, Adrian Peterson is listed in the second slot ahead of Kansas City Chiefs safety Eric Berry. If that is not the biggest disgrace you have head today, it’s been a rough one for you. Berry should be winning this award hands down, and yet he gets ranked behind this guy who beat his 4-year-old kid with a switch?
