The NFL’s trade deadline came and went at 3 p.m. Arrowhead Time on Tuesday — and the Kansas City Chiefs opted not to make a deadline-day move.
The Chiefs had been tied to now-former New Orleans Saints cornerback Marshon Lattimore, but the price proved too rich for Kansas City. The Washington Commanders parted with third-round, fourth-round and sixth-round picks in exchange for Lattimore (and a fifth-rounder) in return.
The Chiefs’ moves came in the two weeks leading up to the deadline.
Two weeks ago, Kansas City traded a Day 3 pick to the Tennessee Titans in exchange for wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins.
