The NFL issued an official statement saying there are “no records that indicate” Tom Brady suffered a head injury of any kind during any home or away game during the 2016 season. This comes in response to a recent interview with Brady’s wife, supermodel Gisele Bündchen, who said that her husband had indeed suffered a concussion last season.
The NFL’s response is clear that their own quick investigation as well as a look at injury reports give way to nothing officially reported by the Patriots:
We have reviewed all reports relating to Tom Brady from the unaffiliated neurotrauma consultants and certified athletic trainer spotters who worked at Patriots’ home and away 2016 season games as well as club injury reports that were sent to the league office.
