Kansas City Chiefs defensive lineman Chris Jones has been named the AFC’s defensive player of the month for November, the league announced on Thursday. It is Jones’ first career player of the month honor.
Jones had 12 tackles, including six tackles for loss, 5.0 sacks and one forced fumble during the month of November. He has also recorded at least one sack in seven straight games, including the Chiefs’ three games in November—against the Browns, Cardinals and Rams.
Chris Jones has had seven pressures in each of his last two games.
