Eddie Brown of the San Diego Union-Tribune has released his latest mock draft and fortunately it goes through the first two rounds. Also, fortunately, he has the Kansas City Chiefs able to grab a very nice cornerback prize with their first overall pick despite not selecting any players within the top 50 of the draft.
Brown has Florida State cornerback Tarvarus McFadden falling all the way to the middle of the second round where the Chiefs would likely be very glad to stop his draft fall at No. 54 overall.
McFadden would bring another strong, young investment into a secondary that’s already dynamic and very, very cheap.
