A little about the process we used. We watched at minimum three games of a prospect and assigned grades based on tape. That grade can then be adjusted for injury and athletic testing. We set our board with a positional value filter. That will give bumps to the ranking of positions of high value like quarterback and reduce the rankings of positions like running back and offensive guard.
