Kansas City Chiefs defensive end Frank Clark appeared to leave training camp practice in St. Joseph early Monday morning.
“Frank Clark has a sore wrist—we just held him back,” Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said. “He’ll be fine.”
Our own in-house injury expert Aaron Borgmann believes the move to hold Clark back Monday was likely “out of caution.” Borgmann expects to see Clark return soon with possible wrist protection, similar to what the Chiefs have done with cornerback Bashaud Breeland and his lacerated thumb.
It looked like defensive lineman Emmanuel Ogbah, who is dealing with an oblique strain, started practice, but he took his helmet off soon after, ending his day early.
