The Kansas City Chiefs are already playing one man down along the offensive interior with the loss of starting right guard Laurent Duvernay-Tardif. Now they are forced to play a backup center with the loss of Mitch Morse to the concussion protocol in Sunday night’s game against the New England Patriots.
Morse is being evaluated for a concussion after hitting his head in the second quarter against the Patriots. The team was already playing their primary backup center Jordan Devey at guard, so now Devey is playing center while Andrew Wylie has slotted in at right guard.
