When he spoke to the media this week, Chiefs cornerback Marcus Peters was not terribly interested in talking about his game-changing pass-interference call in the Chiefs’ 18-17 loss to the Chicago Bears on Sunday — with good reason.
“It’s football, we can’t control anything like that,” Peters said. “All we can do is do what we’re asked to do and go out there and play our hardest to give the best effort so we can give the team the best chance to win. We can’t take that call back, so we suck it up and we move on.
