The Kansas City Chiefs had scouts in Manitoba, Canada last week checking on an offensive line prospect. The Chiefs have a history of success there with the emergence of guard Laurent Duvernay-Tardif out of Montreal, and they’ve consistently scouted Canadian college football.
The team also held their local pro day with players from area schools including the University of Kansas, Kansas State University and the University of Missouri.
The biggest name at the Kansas City local pro day was likely Kansas State’s Jordan Willis. Willis has been rising up draft boards as an outside edge rusher in recent weeks.
