Kansas City Chiefs cornerback Kendall Fuller has a fractured wrist that required surgery shortly after the team’s last-second loss to the Los Angeles Chargers on Thursday Night Football. Surprisingly, that’s all true and he still might not miss any time.
According to head coach Andy Reid, the team was terming Fuller’s wrist injury as a short-term situation as it was, but after the surgery, it’s possible that Fuller is back to play on Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks. At the very least it sounds as if Fuller will return to play for the Chiefs in 2018—good news for a team that has significant needs in the secondary.
