The Kansas City Chiefs watched cornerback Keith Reaser go down with a major injury in training camp on Monday and the extent of it was as bad as expected. Reaser will miss the rest of the coming season with a torn Achilles, per a report from head coach Andy Reid.
Reaser was one of the players brought in to help bolster the cornerback position, already the weakest spot on the entire roster. Reaser had looked great in a stint with the Alliance of American Football, and he quickly secured a deal to return back to the Chiefs this offseason after showing off great ball skills in the now-defunct league.
