Former Chiefs strong safety Jim Kearney has offered a reward for his Super Bowl IV ring, which he says he lost at a Kansas City car wash Thursday.
"I got back home and something didn't feel right," Kearney told the Kansas City Star. "I looked and it was gone. I looked in the car and everywhere around it. I retraced my steps but I can't find it.
"I hope somebody will be a good citizen and return it. It means so much to me."
Kearney, who played with the Chiefs from 1967-75, still holds the franchise record with four interception returns for a touchdown in a single season.
