The K.C. Chiefs defense was less than impressive on Sunday night against the Baltimore Ravens, to say the least. Kansas City was gashed through the ground time and time again as Baltimore’s run-heavy scheme had the Chiefs defense guessing and on its heels.
The Chiefs had a few defensive plays that stood out, but overall, the defense was underwhelming.
As effective as Chris Jones is, playing defensive end against teams like Cleveland and Baltimore limits his overall impact on the game. Jones is a pure disruptor, but that can only happen when he plays defensive tackle against teams that emphasize the run game .
