DENVER -- The Kansas City Chiefs' party had gone on mostly without running back Kareem Hunt through the season's first three games. The stars in the Chiefs' offensive explosion were quarterback Patrick Mahomes and a bunch of receivers, most notably Tyreek Hill and Travis Kelce.
Hunt finally joined in the fun Monday night, and the Chiefs needed every bit of his good work to claim their 27-23 win over the Denver Broncos. Hunt, who led the NFL in rushing as a rookie last season, had his first 100-yard game of the season, finishing with 121 yards on 19 carries, and he scored the game-winning touchdown on a 4-yard run with 1:39 remaining.
