On Tuesday, the Kansas City Chiefs announced a flurry of roster moves intended to churn over the bottom of the 90-man roster as general manager Brett Veach attempts to find young talent and increase competition across the board heading into training camp.
The Chiefs announced they were releasing four players and signing four more, including running back Marcus Marshall from James Madison University in a move we’ve profiled here. Other players who signed with the Chiefs included another James Madison product in wideout Rashard Davis and a pair of defensive backs from Florida Atlantic University in Herb Miller and Andrew Soroh.
