NFL Reporter Tom Pellisero reported Tuesday that the Kansas City Chiefs had signed veteran defensive tackle Terrell Williams. In a corresponding roster move, KC Star Reporter Herbie Teope announced that the team had released offensive lineman Ryan Hunter.
Hunter was a second year player for the Chiefs. He entered the NFL as an undrafted rookie free agent in 2018. After spending the summer and preseason with the Chiefs, Hunter was released in final roster cuts before the 2018 season kicked off. He spent the 2018 season on the Chiefs practice squad.
This year, Hunter made the leap to the Chiefs final 53-man roster when the team started the regular season in September.
