The Kansas City Chiefs made it official on Monday with the announcement of Daniel Sorensen’s brand new contract extension. The contract keeps the safety locked up for another four years with the Chiefs, rewarding him for the play of his first three full seasons in Kansas City.
“Daniel has been a very efficient player for us, both on defense and special teams,” Chiefs General Manager John Dorsey said in a press release. “He’s a relentless worker and a team-first guy. He’s grown each year in our system and I look forward to watching him develop even more as we move forward.
