Perhaps the biggest question mark on the Kansas City Chiefs is how the offensive line situation will shake up. Last year, the Chiefs lost Jeff Allen for the season in their Week 1 disaster against the Tennessee Titans, while Donald Stephenson was serving out a four-game suspension. Branden Albert had just left in free agency, and Eric Fisher had moved to left tackle.
Of course, last year’s line was a mess. Ultimately, the line saw Fisher, Mike McGlynn, Rodney Hudson, Zach Fulton and Ryan Harris take a bulk of the snaps, going from left to right. In light of that struggle, general manager John Dorsey made it a clear priority this offseason to better protect quarterback Alex Smith, who suffered a ruptured spleen in Week 16.
