Kansas City Chiefs have several preseason injuries, but they're 'not too serious'

WHEW! The biggest takeaway from the Kansas City Chiefs 34-19 preseason victory over the Arizona Cardinals was the handful of injuries the Chiefs suffered, especially to Jeff Allen. We can now breathe a sigh of relief that those injuries to Knile Davis (knee sprain), De'Anthony Thomas (calf strain) and Jeff Allen (MCL sprain) do not appear to be serious. I didn't even notice the Eric Kush injury but that's just a shoulder bruise.

Knile Davis has a knee sprain, DAT has a calf strain, Jeff Allen has MCL sprain, Eric Kush has shoulder contusion.

"As far as the injuries go, I don’t think any of them are too serious," #Chiefs coach Andy Reid after the game.
