The Kansas City Chiefs are pleased to announce Pedro Zamora, the Executive Director of the Hispanic Economic Development Corporation, as the recipient of the NFL Hispanic Heritage Leadership Award. The Chiefs along with Chairman and CEO Clark Hunt, will honor him at the team’s October 2nd game against the Washington Redskins during a pregame ceremony on the field.
The NFL and the Hispanic Heritage Foundation have partnered for the seventh annual NFL Hispanic Heritage Leadership Awards during the 2017 celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month. The awards recognize the contributions of Hispanic leaders in each NFL market.
Zamora is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of leadership and management experience from both the corporate for-profit and not-for-profit worlds.
