Kansas City Chiefs add cornerback Will Redmond to practice squad

The Kansas City Chiefs have added another defensive back during the bye week with the addition of former San Francisco 49ers cornerback Will Redmond to the team’s practice squad.

Formers 49ers CB Will Redmond, a 2016 third-round pick, has signed to the Chiefs’ practice squad, per source.

Redmond worked out for the Houston Texans on Wednesday, but ended up joining the Chiefs on Thursdays. Redmond was recently released by the Niners after several weeks on their injured reserve list where he was placed at the beginning of the season.
